She holds a Master’s degree from Andhra University, where she developed specialized knowledge in agricultural produce, rural livelihoods, and community-centric development models.

With her extensive field experience and academic strength, Indira is committed to bridging the gap between agriculture graduates and real-world farming ecosystems. She works actively on creating farm-level learning platforms that equip young professionals with practical, hands-on exposure to modern agriculture, agribusiness operations, and rural enterprise opportunities.

A key focus of Indira’s work is connecting rural talent with the broader agriculture sector—empowering youth and women to take up meaningful careers, leadership roles, and entrepreneurial pathways in agriculture. Her initiatives emphasize skill-building, value addition, and fostering confidence among rural communities to participate effectively in the evolving agri economy.

 Ram is the Adviser of Croplinks, bringing more than 15 years of deep-rooted experience in agricultural inputs, entrepreneurship, and agribusiness solutions. His academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Agriculture and Master’s degree in AgriBusiness Management, equipping him with both technical agronomic knowledge and entrepreneurial acumen.

Over the course of his 15-year journey, Ram has built a strong foundation in agri-inputs distribution, farm mechanization support, and agritech implementation — always with the aim of strengthening rural livelihoods and boosting farm productivity.

A central pillar of Ram’s mission is rural women empowerment through agriculture. He believes that enabling women farmers with knowledge, resources, and access to technology creates ripple effects across communities. Under Croplinks, he drives initiatives in:

 Mr. Madan Mohan is an accomplished agricultural scientist with a strong academic background and rich professional experience in plant sciences, agricultural research, and rural development. He holds a Master’s degree in Genetics from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV), West Bengal, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Cooperatives and Rural Studies, providing him with a unique blend of scientific expertise and grassroots extension perspectives.

He began his research career as a Senior Research Fellow at the ICAR–Indian Institute of Oilseeds Research (formerly Directorate of Oilseeds Research), where he contributed to advanced studies in oilseed crop improvement. He later served as a Scientific Officer at ICRISAT, Hyderabad, further deepening his experience in applied agricultural research, molecular techniques, and plant breeding methodologies.

With extensive hands-on involvement in molecular breeding, genetics, and field-based research, Mr. Mohan has developed a strong command over experimental design, molecular marker applications, and trait improvement strategies.

In his current role, he is dedicated to repositioning agriculture within the service sector, with a focus on integrating ICT-based innovations, climate-resilient practices, and community-centric models. His work emphasizes transforming scientific insights into scalable, sustainable, and farmer-friendly solutions, thereby contributing to local food and nutritional security.

Driven by a commitment to rural prosperity and sustainable development, Mr. Madan Mohan continues to champion agricultural technologies and service-based models that empower farming communities and promote resilient agro-ecosystems.

Md Shrafuddin is a highly experienced finance professional with over two decades of expertise in finance, accounting, and commercial management. He has a proven track record in financial planning, balance sheet and P&L management, working capital optimization, budgeting, costing, inventory control, and MIS reporting, contributing to strong financial governance and sustainable business growth.

He possesses extensive hands-on experience in accounts receivable and payable management, vendor management, cost optimization, and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Service Tax, VAT, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax. His ability to ensure regulatory adherence while improving financial efficiency makes him a trusted advisor to management teams.

Known for his analytical acumen, strategic approach, and attention to detail, Md Shrafuddin plays a key role in data analysis, financial reporting, and internal control systems. He is an effective communicator with strong planning, time management, and negotiation skills, enabling seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
